Associate Mental Health Therapist

📋 Description Work a set schedule Monday-Friday 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM Pacific time Provide attuned psychotherapy across lifespan (children to adults, couples, families) Manage caseloads, scheduling, charge slips, balances, attendance Collaborate with psychiatrists and nurse practitioners Develop assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, progress notes 🎯 Requirements California residents with an active ACSW/AMFT/APCC license License should not be in subsequent status; will reach status during employment Associate therapists must have at least 750 clinical hours left to complete At least 6 months of outpatient mental health experience with families and children 🎁 Benefits Competitive pay rate of $31 per hour Medical, dental, vision; 4 weeks PTO; holidays; 401(k) match; HSA/FSA; life insurance Free in-house continuing education Two units of supervision provided by an independently licensed therapist Real human support through live trainings, in-house IT, and operations teams
