📋 Description Design and enforce internal processes to reduce burnout and boost productivity. Manage local/global shift coverage for 24/7 operations. Hold weekly 1:1 meetings to discuss initiatives and career growth. Develop training programs across DFIR, Malware, and related areas. Collaborate with Product to add capabilities for analysts. Ensure quality assurance for your region's operations. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in a global 24x7 security operations center. 2+ years of team lead or managerial experience in a SOC/IR role. Experience leading diverse cybersecurity teams in SOC/DFIR/Malware/TH/DET Eng. Strong communicator of highly technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Data-driven with experience in data science concepts.
