Registered Nurse, RN - Weekend Visits

📋 Description Weekend RN visits for East Tucson home health; Start of Care/admissions. Perform head-to-toe assessments; identify subtle changes in condition. Manage acute/post-acute needs: CHF, COPD, wounds, IV therapy. Triage and independently manage urgent home clinical situations. Medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring. Wound assessment, care, and documentation. 🎯 Requirements Arizona RN license in good standing. Graduation from accredited nursing program. 1+ year adult/geriatric exp in acute care, ED, home health, or rehab. OASIS documentation experience required. Strong assessment, triage, and documentation skills.
