Software Engineer II - Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM)

📋 Description Build and scale backend services in Go. Design data models for large-scale, multi-tenant identities. Implement event-driven workflows using Kafka. Develop REST and gRPC APIs with robust evaluation logic. Maintain reliability with runbooks, feature flags, and monitoring. Collaborate on architecture and technical design with TL/PM. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years software development; ~2 years backend production-grade experience. Go backend production experience; idiomatic, tested. Strong system design for scalable, multi-tenant, event-driven distributed systems. Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar high-throughput messaging. Strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills with multi-tenant data modeling. Excellent communication; able to document designs and collaborate with TL/PM.
