AVP - Portfolio Analyst

📋 Description Serve as primary contact for borrowers and lenders in Servicing. Manage a portfolio of commercial mortgage loans, including complex transactions. Ensure compliance with loan documents, inter-creditor, and servicing agreements. Monitor and process loan-related matters; escalate when necessary. Maintain knowledge of loan documents, lender agreements, and servicing contracts. Prepare underwriting recommendations with Berkadia managers or external lenders. 🎯 Requirements Experience in commercial real estate loan servicing or portfolio management. Knowledge of loan documents, inter-creditor, and servicing agreements. Ability to analyze operating statements, rent rolls, and financials. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with McCracken Strategy. Excellent organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
