People & Talent Ops Specialist

📋 Description Own People reporting and analytics; dashboards on retention, attrition, engagement, and core KPIs; translate trends into actions. Partner with Talent to combine hiring data with People data for a lifecycle view. Run day-to-day operations of Lattice; support performance cycles and analyse data. Drive employee engagement by running surveys and implementing initiatives. Own accuracy of HRIS data; maintain records, generate reports, troubleshoot issues. Manage HR admin, compliance, benefits; support wellness, DEI, and learning initiatives. 🎯 Requirements Built a report, analysis, or dashboard from a dataset and drew a conclusion. Kept a system or record accurate and up to date. Gained experience gathering feedback and turning it into a decision. Comfortable working carefully with data and spotting anomalies. Handled documentation or processes with rigour and detail.
