📋 Description Lead operations and financial activities for a large asset or portfolio. Manage tenant relations, vendor coordination, and service delivery to standards. Oversee monthly reports, annual budgets, and CAM/OpX recoveries. Direct construction project oversight to ensure timely completion. Coordinate lease administration and accounting; review setups and changes. Lead and develop the team; provide coaching, performance reviews. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years in commercial property management. Real Estate License required where local regulation mandates; CPM or RPA preferred. MS Office Suite including Excel; MRI and Kardin preferred. Working knowledge of leases, contracts, financial instruments, and tax laws. Excellent written and verbal communication; strong leadership and collaboration. Ability to travel daily to assigned properties; after-hours availability.
