Generate 500+ leads per month; track sources and outcomes in CRM; report and optimize. 🎯 Requirements Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or inside sales. A sharp eye for photos and copywriting for listings. Comfort with Facebook Marketplace and ILS platforms; real estate experience is a plus. Fast, proactive communication to keep leads hot. Ability to manage multiple communities and keep listings fresh.
