📋 Description Own end-to-end payroll implementations: discovery to go-live Configure and troubleshoot UK payroll: GL, pensions, RTI processing Identify opportunities for process improvement and own them Partner with PMs and Solutions Architects to support the journey Provide ad hoc on-site training and launch support, plus remote delivery Use AI tools in day-to-day work, from reconciliation to communication 🎯 Requirements Proven hands-on UK payroll implementations end-to-end Deep knowledge of UK payroll legislation Curious, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity High attention to detail and accountability Comfortable using AI in daily tools like spreadsheets and reconciliation Bonus: CIPP or equivalent qualification, or working towards one 🎁 Benefits Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 London hybrid - 2 days in the office, with travel for training Share options 35 days annual leave (25 standard + 10 flexible) Pension contributions matched up to 5% Comprehensive health insurance
