Qualify leads and hand off appointments with all materials to Sales & Leasing Agent. Generate 500+ leads per month; track sources and outcomes in CRM; optimize. 🎯 Requirements Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or inside sales. Strong eye for photos and listing copy. Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace and ILS platforms; housing experience a plus. Strong communication to keep hot leads engaged. Organizational skills to juggle multiple communities.
