Junior Backend Engineer - Care

📋 Description Collaborate in a squad to design and deliver Phoenix back-office. Contribute to a unified backoffice for CRM actions. Work with 3 backend and 1 frontend engineers and CRT for integration. Drive full product lifecycle from concept to deployment. Ensure customer relations agents operate seamlessly. Coordinate with Product Managers across teams. 🎯 Requirements Java and frameworks: Spring, Spring Boot, JUnit, Mockito. Service-oriented architecture and design patterns. Open to modern tools; AI coding assistants a plus. Curious to learn frontend with React and TypeScript. Some knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Datadog is a plus. Strong communication and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders. Team player with collaborative mindset and adaptability.
