📋 Description Develop, mentor, and coach SSU staff to quality standards Manage career development and accountability for SSU personnel Maintain 1:1 meetings to manage tasks and growth Provide SME support for Site Start Up activities Ensure compliance with SOPs, guidelines, and regulatory requirements Oversee training, onboarding, and resource access for SSU 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field 6+ years in clinical research including SSU experience Leadership and people management experience Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development Experience with CTMS, eTMF, and EDC systems Fluency in English
