Client Due Dilligence Analyst (DDQ)

📋 Description Support global sales by completing DDQs accurately and on time. Review incoming DDQs and follow SOPs and the knowledge base. Apply pre-approved, standardised answers to responses. Use AI-assisted tools to draft and review outputs, ensuring accuracy. Escalate questions outside SOP to subject matter experts. Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Security, Privacy, Legal, Product, and Sales. 🎯 Requirements Detail-oriented and able to handle high-volume, structured work. 0-2 years in operations, admin, compliance; fresh grads welcome. Exposure to compliance/privacy/information security or due diligence, a plus. Discretion and trustworthiness handling confidential data. Good judgment on when to escalate to subject-matter experts.
