IT ERP Analyst, OTC

📋 Description Act as the SAP S/4HANA OTC functional expert for order-to-cash processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional specs. Configure and support SAP SD/OTC functionalities and processes. Lead integrations between SAP and external systems using IDocs, EDI, APIs. Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions. Partner with supply chain, finance, and master data teams for data integrity. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years SAP SD/OTC experience; hands-on configuration and analysis. SAP S/4HANA experience; at least one full lifecycle implementation. Strong OTC knowledge: order management, pricing, delivery, billing, credit. Experience integrating SAP with external apps via IDocs, EDI, middleware, APIs.
