📋 Description Own top-of-funnel pipeline across global searches (US, UK, Denmark, India). Identify, engage, and assess passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search. Evaluate Product, Design, Engineering, and Tech candidates with domain judgment; move through Lever with rationale. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine search strategies. Build market intelligence on competitors, compensation trends, and talent availability. Conduct recruiter phone screens for Product Management and Product Design (senior and below). 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in talent sourcing or recruiting; success with Product, Design, and Software/Data/Infra Engineers in complex B2B SaaS. Expertise across two+ function groups: Product, Design/UX, Engineering, or Infosec/IT. Expert sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, social platforms, and AI tools. ATS proficiency (Lever preferred) including pipeline management and documentation. Ability to evaluate cloud, distributed systems, data engineering, and DevOps roles.
