Employee Relations Partner

📋 Description Serve as ER case management expert ensuring compliant, high-performance culture. Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and terminations. Partner with leaders, HRBPs, and Legal to resolve complex ER cases. Support change management and culture programs promoting inclusion and psychological safety. Analyze ER trends and data to identify root causes and inform policy updates. Maintain accurate case records for audits, appeals, or external challenges. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Law, or related field 3-5 years HR or Employee Relations experience in a regulated environment Strong knowledge of labor laws across geographies Proven experience managing investigations and policy enforcement Strong written communication; ability to produce clear case docs under time pressure Excellent stakeholder management; engage senior leaders confidently
