Client Due Dilligence Analyst (DDQ)

📋 Description Support global sales by completing client DDQs on time. Review incoming DDQs and follow SOPs, templates, and knowledge base. Apply pre-approved, standardised answers to client questionnaires. Use AI-assisted tooling to draft responses and review accuracy. Escalate questions outside SOP to subject matter experts. Collaborate with Compliance, Security, Privacy, Legal, Product, and Sales. 🎯 Requirements Detail-oriented with high-volume, repeatable work. 0-2 years in operations, admin, compliance ops, or similar roles; fresh grads welcome. Exposure to compliance, privacy, information security, or DDQs is a plus. Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information. Good judgment on when to escalate to a subject matter expert. Proficient with internal knowledge bases, templates, and AI-assisted tools. Excellent written English.
