📋 Description Set the vision and build scalable processes for workplace operations. Lead real estate strategy, including lease negotiations, vendor mgmt, and openings. Manage workplace budgets and optimize spend across real estate and operations. Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities, safety, and vendor relations. Build and manage a team of workplace leaders as we expand. Partner with People, Finance, IT on space planning and policy. 🎯 Requirements Experience leading workplace, facilities, or real estate operations at a high-growth company. A track record of managing lease negotiations, vendor relationships, and office build-outs. Strong people leadership skills, with experience building and scaling a team. Comfort moving between long-term strategic planning and hands-on, tactical execution. Strong project management and vendor management skills, with an eye for detail.
