📋 Description Lead site contract management for Europe, remote from France. Review, draft and negotiate site contracts, confidentiality agreements, and CTAs. Manage clinical study agreements and amendments. Coordinate with Clinical Operations to align with study timelines. Track contract metrics and study status updates. Mentor new SCMs and serve as SME in site contracts. 🎯 Requirements Graduate or higher degree in science, law, or healthcare. 7+ years drafting, reviewing, negotiating CTAs and site budgets. CRO experience; coordinating US/Europe/APAC regions. Fluent in French and English. 5+ years oncology experience.
