📋 Description Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing engineering team. Stay hands-on: write and ship code on high-leverage projects. Review PRs and lead design reviews to improve quality. Drive architecture and scale the platform as volume grows. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years of people management experience. Hands-on coding ability; stay technical and review PRs. Fluency with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor). Strong technical foundation; guide architecture and decisions. Experience shipping consumer features and running experiments.
