📋 Description Design and standardize PMO processes across R&D. Enable integrated planning connecting strategy, resources, timelines, milestones. Drive adoption of stage-gate governance and cross-functional alignment. Lead continuous improvement to enhance operational rigor and predictability. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Biology or equivalent; MS/PhD preferred. 10+ years in biotech program management; biology/genetics background. FP&A/Finance experience supporting engineering or product teams. PM certification; experience with resource management tools is a plus. Strong knowledge of data workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
