Onboarding Coordinator

📋 Description Own onboarding process from contract signing to go-live. Coordinate onboarding projects across global markets. Primary contact for customers during implementation. Work with Technical Integration for API readiness and config. Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Legal, Finance and AM to hit milestones. Create and manage project plans, timelines and launch checklists. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in the B2B iGaming industry with operators/suppliers/aggregators. Experience managing onboarding, implementation, integration or customer success projects. Strong project management coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders. Good understanding of API integrations and product releases. Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers and internal teams.
