📋 Description Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for orders-related products. Manage products through lifecycle from discovery to adoption. Drive decisions using customer feedback, market research, analytics, and regulatory requirements. Partner with Engineering, Design, CS, Sales, Marketing to translate needs into outcomes. Serve as voice of the customer to scrum teams; maintain backlog. Identify opportunities to modernize legacy products with AI and automation. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Admin, or related field. 3+ years of product management experience. Experience managing software products through full lifecycle. Strong background in healthcare IT, clinical workflows, pharmacy systems, or regulatory systems. Ability to influence and align engineering, design, and business stakeholders without formal authority.
