Support Specialist

📋 Description Review translation requests and prep volunteer assignments for internal teams. Plan and implement communications, events, and test projects to grow volunteer capacity. Become an expert in the translation management system; maintain glossaries and memory. Maintain the translation request system and improve tools for YouVersion teams. Advocate for translation needs of our global community in cross-functional meetings. Collaborate with internal teams to improve current Support tools. 🎯 Requirements Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to foster relationships and partnerships. Capacity to quickly learn new technologies and programs. Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems. Maintain flexibility and initiate the creation of new processes and project strategies. Strong leadership skills and understanding of developing and guiding others.
