Senior Director, People

📋 Description Design and evolve CoLab's org structure to scale. Partner with leaders to build high-performing teams and decisions. Build scalable operating systems and cross-functional processes. Uphold CoLab's culture and performance across the employee lifecycle. Serve as strategic partner to the CEO/CTO on org decisions. Lead strategic operational initiatives that remove friction and improve execution. 🎯 Requirements Experience owning People functions at a high-growth B2B software company with at least 200 people. Demonstrated success scaling organizations through multiple stages of growth. Strong experience in organizational design, executive coaching, and talent strategy. Proven ability to build high-performing teams and develop leaders. Deep operational mindset with systems, metrics, scalable processes. Experience partnering with founders/executive leadership on company-wide decisions.
