Manager, Equity Compensation

📋 Description Manage end-to-end administration of equity plans (XSP, stock options, RSUs). Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Payroll, People Ops, Tax, and Legal. Implement controls and automate equity data workflows. Coordinate domestic and international stock compensation reporting. Support 10b5-1 trading plans and SEC filing readiness. Prepare Forms 3 and 4 for officer/director transactions. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field. 7+ years stock administration experience in a public company. Strong Excel skills; interest in automation and AI initiatives. Comprehensive knowledge of equity awards and programs. Understanding of accounting standards for equity compensation. Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
