Architect and deliver custom apps and integrations using WRITER's platform, APIs, Knowledge Graph. Translate technical concepts into clear solution recommendations guiding customers through generative AI. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap with customer feedback. Reduce time-to-value by building scalable processes, docs, and workflows for integrations. Champion adoption and expansion of WRITER AI solutions within accounts. 🎯 Requirements Over 5 years in technical SaaS; at least 3 in solutions architecture or technical consulting. Fluency in Python and API experience; skilled in designing prompts and linguistic aspects of AI. Proven track record delivering complex solutions for Fortune 500 in fast-paced B2B SaaS. Strong communication and executive presence; simplify AI concepts for technical and exec audiences. Builder mindset; eager to experiment and learn in the rapidly evolving world of generative AI.
