📋 Description Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations Prepare GAAP financial statements and management reporting packages Design and enforce internal control environment for audit and compliance Set technical accounting policy on revenue recognition, equity, leases, and other GAAP matters Define scalable finance data structures across ERP and product data Lead external audit coordination and issue resolution 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Controller or Assistant Controller Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, with close and consolidated statements experience Advanced Excel skills and experience with a modern ERP/accounting system Prior experience managing and developing an accounting team 🎁 Benefits Reasonable accommodations throughout recruitment for candidates with disabilities
