Key Objectives
- Provide administrative support across various HR functions.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Help maintain compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring new hires have a seamless integration experience.
- Maintain and update employee records, both electronic and paper files, with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support payroll and benefits administration by preparing necessary documentation and liaising with relevant departments.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Help organize training sessions, company events, and employee engagement programs.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining compliance with labor regulations.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
