The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize,isable to work well with a team, and adapts quickly to change.
Responsibilities:
- Works with new clients to set up their benefits module in ADP Workforce Now prior to their first payroll with HRK.
- Set-upnewand maintain existing Carrier Connections (EDI feeds) to streamline benefit administration.
- Partner well across team and organizational lines.
- This position requiresdeep knowledgeofemployeebenefits,high-level attention to detail,a self-starterthat ensures persistency of businessand growth for The Hilb Group.
RequiredQualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
- 2 – 5 years of experience in implementation, preferably insurance implementation.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business environment
- Exceptional telephone demeanor and the ability to lead productive calls to meet project timelines
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 Products
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
Benefits:
- Compensation: $70,000-$85,000/yr.
