📋 Description Lead overall operations and strategic direction of the hospice agency. Inspire and develop a high-performing, patient-centered culture. Partner with leadership to achieve agency goals and drive improvement. Foster collaboration, accountability, and compassionate patient care. Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence in service delivery. 🎯 Requirements Current, unrestricted RN license in Ohio. 1+ year leadership/management experience in hospice or home health. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Progressive hospice leadership experience.
