📋 Description Lead a team of engineers on Linux initiator stack, FC NIC drivers for Purity. Develop fixes for Linux initiator (NVMe, ROCE, TCP/IP), FC-SCSI and iSCSI. Debug VMware initiator issues and create compatibility docs. Maintain Fibre Channel and NIC driver code; improve RAS and multipathing. Maintain Linux kernels for internal testing; document supported configurations. Analyze and optimize Linux initiator behavior; upstream Linux code. 🎯 Requirements Strong Linux kernel and device driver experience (storage or networking preferred). 5+ years development experience; 15+ years typical. Storage protocol stack design/implementation experience. Experience with storage protocols: SCSI (FC/iSCSI) and NVMe fabrics. Leadership: ability to mentor engineers and deliver on time.
