📋 Description Provide operational oversight for timely, accurate scheduling per protocols. Troubleshoot complex scheduling issues; serve as escalation point. QA: review scheduling data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Lead and mentor Scheduling Specialists and Onsite Scheduler; oversee workflows. Monitor team productivity and adherence to policies and standards. Ensure professional, timely, empathetic communication with participants and providers. 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor's preferred. 2+ years in healthcare scheduling or operations. 2+ years supervisory experience with mentoring/ developing teams. 1+ year experience with EMR and scheduling/communication platforms. Experience leading in a data-driven organization; using reports to manage people/projects.
