📋 Description Manage end-to-end air export and import shipments from booking to delivery Coordinate with shippers, consignees, and agents per SOPs Create and maintain shipment files; complete MAWB/HAWB accurately Submit AMS filings and EDI transmissions (FHL/FWB) Ensure activities comply with regulations, company policies, and customer SOPs Deliver customer service across touchpoints; resolve inquiries 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field Minimum 2 years in air operations or freight/logistics Professional English, written and spoken Detail-oriented, structured, eager to learn Tech-savvy; curious about new platforms and systems Customer-first; responsive, professional, solution-oriented
