📋 Description As a Maintenance Technician, maintain rental properties in peak condition across multiple sites. Self-motivated, tech-savvy professional with customer focus. Maintenance: routine and emergency repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). Turnovers: prepare vacant units for new move-ins (make-readies). Inspections: move-in/out and property onboarding audits; QA. Field Ops: manage service tasks via mobile apps and post legal notices. 🎯 Requirements HVAC Type II Certification (required); Universal Certification preferred. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship). High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
