Senior IT Operations Engineer

📋 Description Act as senior IT support contact in Edinburgh, guiding day-to-day ops and mentoring. Work with a global IT team across time zones and offices, aligning priorities. Provide escalation support for complex issues, as SME for the wider team. Administer identity and productivity platforms: Entra ID, M365, Google Workspace. Support and maintain AWS-based infrastructure and cloud services. Manage SharePoint sites, permissions, and content structure for collaboration. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years in IT support or sysadmin, incl. mentoring juniors. Experience managing Windows and macOS at scale. Hands-on with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365. Strong scripting/automation with PowerShell and Python. Working knowledge of AWS and cloud infra concepts.
