SLP Speech Language Pathologist

📋 Description Make home visits to clients in designated territories. Perform evaluations to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, or swallowing issues. Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, orders, and goals. Continuously assess and revise the care plan with BAYADA clinicians. Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care for independence. Document observations and interventions using a touchpad EMR. 🎯 Requirements A current VA license as a Speech Language Pathologist. ASHA CCC-SLP or equivalent certification/experience. Education/experience toward ASHA certification. Awaiting ASHA certification exam opportunities.
