Drive continuous improvement of benefits delivery and AI-enabled processes. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years of global benefits experience across continents. Cross-country expertise in AMER, EMEA, APAC, LATAM. Strong knowledge of international fringe benefits tax (FBT). Commercial and solution-oriented mindset.
