Training & Development Lead (Distribution Center)

📋 Description Lead onboarding and ongoing training across the Distribution Center. Facilitate hands-on training, coaching, and train-the-trainer in English and Spanish. Communicate with associates and leaders across shifts on procedures and changes. Track trainee progress, training effectiveness, and KPIs. Partner with supervisors to identify skill gaps and support development. Maintain SOPs and training materials; support WMS readiness with plans. 🎯 Requirements Bilingual English/Spanish; read, write, and speak clearly. 3+ years of training, learning and development or operations training. Experience leading training in warehouse/distribution/logistics. Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills; data-driven training improvements. Experience supporting system/process implementations; WMS a plus. Flexibility to train across multiple shifts (days/evenings/weekends).
