Payment Operations Specialist - LATAM

📋 Description Manage payment disputes and chargeback cases from notification to resolution. Gather docs and prepare evidence for processors and banks. Coordinate with Support, Pharmacy, Clinical Ops, and Finance to resolve issues. Investigate failed payments, duplicate charges, and refund requests. Monitor payment activity for fraud trends and recurring issues. Maintain records of disputes, refunds, and resolutions. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years in Payment Operations, Billing Operations, Chargebacks, Risk Operations, or similar. Experience managing payment disputes or chargebacks. Experience with subscription or recurring billing models. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written communication skills.
