Senior Software Operations Coordinator

📋 Description Run the software release process end to end across engineering. Manage on-call rotations and recurring assignments. Own SaaS tools access management (provisioning/deprovisioning). Own vendor and third-party relationships, including renewals. Triage support tickets and liaison between Support and Engineering. Onboarding/offboarding logistics, license tracking, runbook upkeep. 🎯 Requirements Five+ years in software operations or similar role. Strong ownership; able to close loops and be the go-to person. Clear written and verbal communication. Experience with Jira, GitHub, Slack, SaaS admin consoles, cloud IAM, PagerDuty. Good judgment on when to act vs escalate. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
