📋 Description Lead complex implementations from kickoff to launch and stabilization on time. Serve as hands-on technical leader to guide delivery and unblock teams. Oversee planning, milestones, dependencies, and risk across active projects. Maintain visibility into timelines, risks, and delivery health of in-flight work. Coach and develop Implementation Managers to raise quality of execution. Set a high bar for quality and delivery rigor; lead by example in delivery. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in technical implementation, project or program management. Strong track record leading complex, client-facing tech implementations. Able to execute while coaching other project/implementation managers. Deep practical understanding of how technical delivery happens. Experience with Jira, ticketing systems, and workflow tools. Familiarity with marketing technology, integrations, and offshore delivery.
