Legal Counsel

📋 Description Provide legal support for corporate and commercial transactions. Lead contract drafting and negotiations for a variety of commercial contracts. Advise cross-functionally across revenue, marketing, People/HR, finance, engineering, and products. Build and scale the legal function. Support public company readiness. Assist with board and committee meeting planning. 🎯 Requirements J.D. from ABA-accredited law school; bar admission in good standing. 3-5 years at a top law firm; some in-house experience preferred. Multitask, problem-solve, prioritize, think critically, and exercise judgment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High standards with a drive for continuous improvement.
