📋 Description Advise on US/EU payments regs incl. PSD2/PSD3, MTLs, EMD2. Partner with Compliance & Licensing on licenses and ongoing obligations. Draft cardholder agreements across jurisdictions. Draft/review/ negotiate agreements with banks, processors & vendors. Manage relationships with outside counsel on regulatory issues. Assist regulators; respond to audits, exams, and inquiries. Stay ahead of changes in payments, crypto, fintech. 🎯 Requirements JD from top law program; US-trained preferred. 5-8 years in payments/fintech regulatory work. Strong US/EU payments regs knowledge: PSD2/PSD3, MTLs, EMD2. Experience drafting/regulatory work for fintech contracts. Excellent written/verbal communication; translate regulation to business advice.
