Sr. FP&A Analyst (CLT)

📋 Description Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting with commentary Help build budgets and forecasts including annual plan and quarterly outlooks Analyze variance drivers and partner with stakeholders on actions Own key financial metrics and models with Pricing & Inventory and BI Monitor health of marketing spend, payments, revenue, and partner payouts Deliver ad hoc analysis and business cases (e.g., ROI on marketing) 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in management consulting, IB, PE/VC, or analytics/FP&A at tech firms Strong data background with SQL and/or Snowflake; self-serve data with cross-functional partners Advanced Excel and financial modeling; executive-ready outputs Solid understanding of P&L mechanics and key drivers Experience with Looker, Tableau, or Anaplan preferred Clear written/visual/verbal communication; translate analysis into decisions
