📋 Description Own end-to-end execution of security questionnaires (DDQs SIG CAIQ VSAQ) and buyer requests. Manage RFPs and RFIs, coordinating with GTM and deal teams to win business. Turn complex multi-stakeholder asks into clear, compliant responses. Collaborate with Security, Privacy, PDE, Legal, and Sales. Oversee proposal process from intake to submission, ensuring on-time delivery. Evaluate and recommend RFx tooling to scale the process. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years in proposal or bid management. Turn complex multi-stakeholder asks into clear responses. Strong written communication for buyer-ready language. Experience with RFx platforms (RFPIO Loopio etc). Familiar with security compliance frameworks (SOC 2 ISO 27001 GDPR). Location: Seattle/Atlanta preferred; remote in US acceptable. 🎁 Benefits Flexible time off. 401k with company match.
