IPM Technician (Integrated Pest Management)

📋 Description Conduct daily pest and disease monitoring to ensure plant health. Maintain logs for pesticides and preventative agents. Mix and apply pesticides and preventative agents per protocols. Operate and maintain Dramm hydraulic sprayers for IPM. Apply IPM products and beneficial bugs to plants. Coordinate application schedules with the IPM Supervisor. 🎯 Requirements Positive, team-oriented attitude; able to work collaboratively. Strong time management; able to work independently. Must be at least 21 years old. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent.
