📋 Description Serve as strategic partner to the CAO in meetings, communications, and follow-up decisions Manage executive priorities and commitments to focus on high-impact priorities Lead review and QA for Finance and cross-functional materials; maintain CAO dashboards Oversee month-end close progress, risks, and escalation with exception-based visibility Drive cross-functional Finance initiatives with Product, Underwriting, Legal, Compliance, and partners Own high-impact Finance priorities from planning through execution; develop practical solutions 🎯 Requirements 10+ years of experience in finance ops, strategic operations, chief of staff, or related roles Deep understanding of financial principles, processes, reporting, and exec decision cycles Proven ability to lead complex, high-impact initiatives independently in a matrixed environment Exceptional influencing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills High emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound judgment in sensitive situations MBA or relevant advanced degree 🎁 Benefits Distributed workforce across 12 offices nationwide Opportunity to influence finance strategy at a leading catastrophe-exposed insurer
