Operations Supervisor

📋 Description Supervise daily activities per SOPs, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. Develop and coach direct reports. Maintain a safe, clean work environment. Ensure compliance with Safety, OSHA, HazMat, and DOT regulations. Plan and coordinate shift activities to follow DC procedures. Train shift personnel per guidelines and assess their performance. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business, Operations, or 2 years of managerial experience. Experience in warehousing/3PL/distribution or manufacturing preferred but not required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. WMS knowledge is a plus. Ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment.
