📋 Description Own the SC demo environment vision, architecture, and roadmap. Drive on-demand, AI-assisted demos to reduce SC prep time. Ensure demo reliability, uptime, and full product coverage. Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize demo investments. Lead SC readiness for new product launches with cross-functional teams. Build scalable launch playbooks and knowledge assets for enablement. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years in Solution Consulting or related technical pre-sales. 5+ years people management experience. Contact center industry experience; familiarity with Five9 or competitors. Experience designing or managing demo environments, sandbox infra, or pre-sales assets.
